Handyperson - Maintenance work - Repair work 3 Months (possible extension) £15.33 PH PAYE £19.84 PH Umbrella START DATE - ASAP To perform monthly electrical emergency lighting tests and to accurately record test results Be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all building assets and equipment, including doors, windows, floors, walls and furniture items when necessary Deliver maintenance such as decorating, tiling, patch plastering and basic carpentry tasks in conjunction Assist with the delivery of minor works packages such as required from time to time ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Experience of general building fabric repair and maintenance encompassing basic carpentry, decoration, tiling, plastering, masonry and building fixtures Must be organised and demonstrate ownership of issues, follow through, a positive attitude and a commitment to high standards Good verbal communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work schedules Must be flexible to support other functions The ability to form positive relationships with colleagues Health and Safety awareness including Asbestos, COSHH, Manual Handling, Basic IT skills Must hold full UK driving license Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
