Roofer - Permanent position

The Role… Active Solutions UK Ltd t/a Construction Trade Solutions are recruiting experienced roofers for a permanent position based in Leeds. The Roofer / Engineer must have experience in surveying roof as well as fixing / maintaining. * Tiled roof * Flat roofing – single membrane * Flashings * General repairs * Seal Gutters using * Cleaning gutters About You… You must have a valid CSCS card, be timeserved or hold a recognised roofing qualification and be able to provide references. Important Information… Hours of work: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, weekend work is available Salary - £30-£35k + additional call out rates – Subject to experience We can pay CIS (subject to certain criteria being met) Umbrella, PAYE or Ltd Company There is free parking on site This is a permanent position, our client is a rapidly expanding construction company based in Leeds and this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within an organisation.
