Site Manager

Incredible opportunity for a Site Manager to join a reputable developer in a role with the opportunity to work on one of the most prestigious, luxury, high end residential developments in Birmingham whilst receiving a great salary and package. On offer is the chance to work on one of the top residential developments in Birmingham for years with a complex, multi-faceted design and stunning fit out specification. This company specialise in the development of prime residential developments in UK – working with world renowned architects, designers and contractors to produce the highest quality, luxurious residential developments. Their largest and most prestigious project is underway in Birmingham in the early stages of construction and set to be finished in a few years. They are requiring 2 Site Managers to join the team and assist the Project Team. In this role you will be based from the site in Birmingham working both on site and in the onsite office. You will be working and supporting the Sr Project Manager. You will manage the progress on site and complete site reports, complete site audits, quality assurance, answer day to day queries, watch over contractors and ensure the site is running to time and budget.
