FREELANCE SENIOR/QUANTITY SURVEYOR - START ASAP
This is outside IR35 - Day rate is negotiable but will be relevant to experience and the level of role required.
A Senior Quantity Surveyor or Qauntity Surveyor is required to lead three projects for a residential Developer. Projects are at various stages but the role is expected to run until Christmas 2022.
This role is to start ASAP so a handover from the current Surveyor can happen. Sites have been run by a strong, stable employee so no historical challenegs are expected.
You will report in to the owner of the company and have the support of a Buyer.
The ideal candidate will have worked for a Developer and be available to start in March. Someone from a Main Contractor background may also be considered
