Site Manager

Our Sister Construction company are looking for a Site Manager to take over a high end renovation project in Marlow from ideally the beginning of April although the start date can be flexible beginning sooner or later slightly if needed. The position will be a permanent position, you will be moving onto other projects around the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas. The company specialise in High end renovations and new builds. The particular project is working on the conversion of 3 barns into staff quarters. The project is currently going really well and they are looking for someone who can continue keeping the project on time until completion as the current Site Manager needs to move elsewhere in May. You will spend the first 6-8 weeks working alongside the current Site Manager then once the handover is complete you will be finishing off the project for the final 4-6 weeks. Hours: 7:30-4:30 - 2 half an hour breaks
