Building Services Manager

The Opportunity: Building Services Manager Main Contractor: Tier 1 (Building, Construction) I am currently in the market for a 'Building Services Manager'/ M&E Manager who has experience in the Building Sector, workign for Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractors. You will be joining one of the UK's most reputable Contractors that have a strong presence in the Midlands. Role overview: The management of the design, installation, testing & commissioning of the M&E services on bids or live projects Support the project in achieving delivering excellence Support the project ESP & client KPI's Manage the building services dsign/installation process to comply with the ER's/CP's All projects, are based in the West Midlands as is their Office. I am looking for someone who has experience at both; Pre-Construction & Construction. The majority of these projects are valued up to £30m across the; Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential sectors. Ideal Experience & Qualifications: Experience of managing the design consultants & sub contractors at project level Experience in the following sectors; Education, Health & other core sectors Experience working as a Building Services Manager for a Main Contractor Ideallly degree qualified or equivelent CSCS Card required Full Driving License
