General Operative/Landscape/Gardening

Hi All, Barker Ross are currently looking for candidates that are interested in a temp - perm position based in Leicester. The only requirement is that you must have a valid UK driving licence. The role is working on behalf of a landscaping company that offers services throughout Leicester, Grass cutting, Raking, Edging, Weeding, Sweeping, Litter picking and chemical application, whilst learning to use Vehicle attached machinery, pedestrian and ride on machinery and handheld equipment. Experience would be advantageous however not desired as full training will be provided. All we ask is that you are punctual, committed and willing to learn and improve your own skills. This is a Monday - Friday position between the hours of 07:30 - 16:30 Pay rate of £9.50 per hour + £1.15 holiday pay accrued hourly. There is an initial requirement to complete 3 courses prior to starting if not already obtained; Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness Working at Heights These do come at an initial cost, however this is earned back through the induction day, and these are your own qualifications and are not in house.
