Facade Maintenance Engineer Up to £50,000 plus excellent package Curtain Walling & Envelope facades London Our client is a leading building envelope specialist in the UK offering the complete design, supply and installation of integrated envelope packages and they are looking to strengthen their Operations team with a Facade Maintenance Engineer in the service and maintenance department based in London joining a small and busy team. Responsibilities: Survey, repair, maintenance and installation of a wide range various products, including glass curtain wall systems such as unitised or stick systems, cladding systems changing of glass units, and carry out various adjustments, flashing installation, and replacement. Replacing ironmongery components and neat silicone. Skills and Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience measuring, installing, repairing windows. Must hold current skilled worker qualification. Full & clean driving license. Current CSCS card. Excellent customer-facing skills. Ability to work on your own initiative and be resourceful. Ability to explain, clarify and provide clear information to our office-based staff both electronically and verbally. This façade contractor expects all members of the team to represent the company image and reputation at all times, ensuring behaviour and standards are reflected in terms of personal presentation and communication when liaising with other team members, the project client, other site contractors & third-party persons.
