This is a premium, long-term opportunity on a high-profile Tier 1 site. We are specifically looking for a proven team of specialist pipelayers and machine operators who can hit the ground running with deep drainage packages and work safely to high engineering tolerances. (3-Man): 1 x 360 Operator (with Lifting Ops) + 2 x Skilled Groundworkers/Pipe Layers. Key Responsibilities: Deep Drainage Installation: Precision installation of large-bore concrete, clay, and twin-wall pipe systems (S104/adoptable sewers). Trench Safety & Management: Safely executing excavations using trench boxes, manhole shutters, and complex shoring systems. Laser & Level Control: Setting out and laying pipes to exact invert levels and falls using pipe lasers and optical levels. Ironwork & Benching: Constructing concrete manholes, catch pits, and completing high-quality benching. Highways & Service Connections: Laying utility ducting and connecting drainage systems into existing networks. Mandatory Requirements (All Gang Members): CSCS/CPCS/NPORS: Valid CSCS Blue (Skilled Worker) for Groundworkers. CPCS/NPORS 360 (Above 10t) with Lifting Operations for the operator. (Plant cards must carry the CSCS logo). Health & Safety Vetting: Safety Critical Medical certificates are strictly required for all operatives before going on gate (non-negotiable).
