Facade Manager

Facade Manager required for a tier one main contractor to work on one of their landmark schemes in North London. I have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Facade manager to join a leading building firm on a permanent basis to manage the facade for a £100+million residential project. My client is renowned in the market for their quality of work and their excellent delivery, they are one of the top contractors in London and UK and winning a lot of work this year putting them in a good position to get more outstanding people in the business. The Facade manager I am looking for must have experience working with a main contractor on a scheme in excess of £100million. The Facade manager must have design coordination experience and have the experience and qualifications to advise in the early stages leading up to the actual facade installation. This facade manager will be working on a re-cladding role so it would be advantageous to have this experience . This is a great opportunity for a facade manager to get involved from the very early stages of a project that will be ongoing for several years. This facade manager will be getting involved in the pre-con stages initially then going out to manage the facade package on site when the project starts. Due to the size of the project you will have a good amount of support with another facade manager who you will manage.
