Senior Site Manager - Littlehampton - £55,000 - £65,000 Start Date - ASAP Position - PermOur client are currently looking to add a Senior Site Manager (SSM) to their existing team of Site Managers, on a perm basis. This Senior Site Manager is to be based on one of their traditional build housing sites in Littlehampton. We are looking for someone with experience as a Site Manager OR Senior Site Manager on a traditional build brick and block housing scheme for a residential developer, with the ability to manage a phase of houses from ground works to completion and handover. The project is a 80 unit scheme, based across a number of phases. Ideal Candidate: Experience as a Site Manager on an Steel frame housing project. Taking sites from ground works to completion.
