Job Description
				We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our client's rail team to deliver Access for All works in Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Covering three sites Todmorden Station, Broad Green Station & Chorley Station. The Project Manager will be accountable for taking over the development phase and moving onto site and the operational build. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is planned and executed in line with commercial, quality and programme requirements. You will manage the site team and be the key liaison with our customer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has proven ability and experience in delivering multiple concurrent Civil Engineering projects within a Rail environment, with an ability to manage rail projects from tender to completion up to a value of £10m. In particular experience in delivering Access for All projects is essential. You will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; being able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality whilst developing friendly and professional customer focused relations with others. You will have experience delivering projects using Network Rail suite of contracts and NEC3/4 and have an excellent working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations, Network Rail standards and relevant industry regulations. You will be driven and understand how to motivate individuals and teams to deliver success.
