Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Customer Care Manager to join our client, a privately owned residential developer with an office based in Hertfordshire, who builds quality product across the home counties.
The role would be reporting into the Customer Care Manager and involve you visiting Customers homes to assess defects and provide efficient solutions, whether that be arranging a visit from an operative/maintenance or a subcontractor.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills as well as thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the NHBC.
You would have worked for a housebuilder previously and be happy travelling around sites. As well as someone already in a similar role, this role would suit someone from a Site Management background, looking to move their career in a different direction.
