A job opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join the estates team at a high profile building in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Salary up to £25k, M-F 40hrs pw. Job Duties * Carrying out maintenance and a wide range of reactive property repairs. * Handyperson will work with the estates team carrying out general building repairs. * Multi-skilled tasks, minor plumbing and electrics, fitting kitchens and bathrooms, tiling, flooring and window replacements. * Will also involve some outside work, guttering and roof repairs. Job Requirements * Preferred Handyperson will have good knowledge of property maintenance, experience of working at height and capable of operating power tools. * Handyperson job will suit someone who is physically fit, responsive and capable of heavy work. * Knowledge of health and safety and IT literate. * Full clean drivers license required for the Handyperson job in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
