Job Description
Our client is looking for a permanent Account Manager to join their team based in Debden. You must have maintenance experience and knowledge, ideally if you have worked within a Construction company previoulsy selling maintenance for roughly 5 years then that is preferred.
Your day-to-day duties will be to; manage client accounts such as managing agents, private management portfolios and private clients which will include general managing of the client’s maintenance workload from booking in surveys, building quotes, answering client queries, booking works with engineers, managing engineers whilst on jobs, ordering materials and sending job reports.
For this particular role there are no qualifications needed but you will need a good understanding of building works i.e. general building maintenance, as you will need to converse with the engineers and clients on routine property maintenance (a background in property management would tick this box or working in the field or a property maintenance company). You will need to be confident on the telephone and on email, punctual, organised and be computer literate.
You must have previous experience working within a Construction company, on the office side of things
