BIM Coordinator / Architectural Technologist

You will be joining a well-established company working within their team in their regional office. They are an established company working primarily within the residential sector on both private sector and affordable housing schemes. Job Description This is an excellent opportunity to join the team and work within a friendly team on internal planning applications and through the latter stages of projects. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants. As they look to advance the use of Revit within the office you will assist with rolling this out and the implementation of BIM. Essential skills * 4+ years working within an architectural practice / developer * Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD * Previous experience of utilising Revit on large scale residential working drawing packages. * Possess a good technical and building regulation knowledge * Assist in the production, management and compliance of the company BIM Policy * Good knowledge of design principles and of construction methods In return they can offer you a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
