Property asset management - Surveyor

Our clients are leading property agents offering a host of real estate services from nine offices throughout the south of England and the Midlands. They will welcome all CVs from anyone within the commercial industry and are currently looking for a surveyor in Property Asset management from their Level 2 upwards. An example of levels 2 & 3 are below and it goes up to senior or associate level. Level 2 Professional Body: Student/Licentiate member of RICS or equivalent years experience. Basic level of health & safety. Knowledge: Conversant with the principles of Property Asset Management with a good understanding of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and an understanding of Treasury Management and Facilities Management Competency: Demonstrate Level 1-3 RICS Competencies. Have a good knowledge of service charge regimes. Good numeracy skills Skills: Proficient in all relevant Property Asset Management Software Specific Legislation: Build awareness of all regulations from the RICS including Client Monies / DPB insurance Level 3 Professional Body: MRICS or Associate Member of the RICS or equivalent years experience. Iosh managing safely Knowledge: Conversant with and able to demonstrate the principles of Property Asset Management with a good understanding of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and an understanding of Treasury Management and Facilities Management. Competency: Chartered; Demonstrate and apply Level 1-3 RICS Competencies Good numeracy skills and an understanding of accounts. Have a good knowledge of service charge regimes and be able to implement budgets and assist in reconciliations Skills: Proficient in all relevant Property Asset Management Software Specific Legislation: Build awareness of all regulations from the RICS including Client Monies / DPB insurance
