Senior Quantity Surveyor

Required background: Housebuilding Our client is a long-standing Main Contracting firm with a large pedigree in delivering a wide variety of both commercial and residential projects, including Private Housing, Education, Healthcare, Conservation, Leisure, Community, Affordable Housing and Commercial. Due to their diversifying portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Survey into the team to support on the continued growth they are experiencing. With a turnover of approximately £50m, project values are generally between £1m and £15m and range from the sensitive refurbishment of listed buildings to high specification, contemporary new builds. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on projects of this size and a broad portfolio of previous works. Ref: 2272GM
