Architectural Technologist/CAD Technician

Architectural Technologist/CAD technician Coulsdon , Surrey . CR5 Full time Architectural Technologist/CAD technician needed with residential planning and Building Regulations experience would be highly advantageous. My client are a small company based in Coulsdon who specialise mainly in home extensions and looking for an intelligent, technically minded person to join our talented team. The job requires a good technical understanding with excellent oral and written communication skills at team level and the ability to liaise with clients and other professionals. The successful candidate will be required to produce full sets of working drawings for both Planning Applications and Building Regulations, attend site inspections, deal with technical enquiries and will be able to work both on their own initiative and as part of a young team. Extensive experience in Building Regulations would be a plus. AutoCAD experience and good computer skills in MS Office are essential, full UK driving licence preferred, UK residents only. Ideally a driver and happy to use the company vehicle when required. Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
