Ductwork Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager One of the UK’s leading mechanical contractors is looking for a mechanical project manager to join their team in Hertfordshire. The Mechanical Project Manager Role You will be the lead on projects delivering a comprehensive project to the clients (who tend to be repeat business). The work is HVAC bias but can encompass the whole mechanical bias. The work tends to be multiple smaller projects managed at once with a fairly rapid pace to them so experience working like this previously will be ideal. The company has restructured over the last 8 months and is projecting a fair amount of growth in the next 5 years so would be a great opportunity to get into the company and progress. They will also look at project engineers / site managers looking to progress into the role who have enough experience to make the jump. They have a very family feel and a strong track record of looking after their staff. Experience and Qualifications For the mechanical project manager role you will need to have the following: * A mechanical background (preferably off the tools as a duct fitter / welder or heating and ventilation engineer) * Experience running projects (minimum 3 years) * Experience dealing with fast paced projects * Experience being client facing * Ability to work flexibly as there is home working but the projects are based around the UK Remuneration The successful applicants will get £45,000 - £55,000 + vehicle, BUPA, 28 days + free Christmas shutdown holiday Shortlisting is underway for this role, so please apply quickly to avoid disappointment
