Senior Cost Consultant London (Mayfair) £60k - £70k Have you had enough of your typical QS tasks, maybe you’re looking for more of a hybrid role which would involve Project Management and Development Management duties? This opportunity would offer you just that! You would be working for a very slick medium sized consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair – headcount of around 50. Your title and main duties would be as a QS although the MD believes the best PM’s come from a QS background and you would have the opportunity be a part of that side of things, this company also get involved right at the beginning of the acquisition stage giving you the opportunity to see the full life cycle. Typical schemes are within residential, commercial fit-out/new-build, hotels and industrial – values from £2m - £100m – typically you would run smaller projects yourself and work as part of a team on larger ones. Flexible working and a fantastic culture – the owners are taking everyone to Winchester for an over night stay in a fancy hotel in December for a bit of a jolly up, enjoy getting out to networking events etc when they can. Normally I wouldn’t mention this, but this business has one of the best bonus structures for a consultancy in London that I know of – I know a chap that got £11k on top of his £42k salary and that was off the back of a pandemic.
