Job Description
We are now recruiting for our client who is one of the UK's largest plant hire companies.
They are now looking for a Hire Controller to come in and join the team on a permanent basis.
The Hire Controllers process all customers orders.
This is a full-time role based at the head office in Wembley.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing pricing to the customer.
Liaising with the client to deal with any issues.
Dealing with any customer queries.
Ensuring all documentation is processed and orders received.Criteria:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to react to changing demands in a professional manner.
The ability to deliver an excellent customer experience both internal and external in line with the company.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style
Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable
Computer literate
Demonstrated Commercial Awareness
Must have a can do attitude
With a focus on delivering customer service through quality, safety, sustainability and reliability
Previous experience within the plant hire industry/tool hire sector is essential for the role.
