Assistant Quantity Surveyor

4Site is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for an established residential construction company. Our client is a high-end construction company, who specialise in high-end residential refurbishments ranging from £500k - £2m. Their projects are London wide, with their office based in Dartford. This will be an office-based position, with visits out to site when required. Our clients have built a name for themselves in the high-end resi market, which is backed by a healthy pipeline of works in the future. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant QS on high-end residential refurbishment projects, and have either a study background or relevant experience. Our client has a very low level of staff turnover, and are looking for someone who is seeking a long term position within the company. Starting salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
