An exciting and rare opportunity has become available with a progressive, medium-sized Approved Inspector for a Director to manage and further develop a very successful, national Building Control Team.

The Role:
In short, to Manage and further develop a well-established team of Surveyors, whilst taking ownership of the more significant projects (and everything in between). This is a rare opportunity to work with a business that has established a fantastic reputation, leading to a vast pipeline of continued work. You will be home-based, with occasional travel into London if/where required (maximum of 2 days per week).
Person Specification:
Extensive experience at a Management level within a Building Control environment
High level technical ability, ideally having worked on Complex/Commercial developments
MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB as a minimum
Strong leader and a people person with experience in training/coaching
