Site Manager

Site Manager Covering Northeast Region only £45k - £50k + Car Allowance + Company Benefits My Client are a Yorkshire based Main Contractor with an impressive track record of delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors; Commercial, Industrial, High-Rise Apartments, Education, Hotel & Leisure etc. They have an immediate requirement for a permanent Site Manager for projects across the Northeast region. Duties: • Managing day to day site activities • Reporting to a Project Manager • Liaising with and monitoring the Sub-Contractor • Close communication with the Project Management teams • Liaison with Design Team • Monitor on site health and safety • Support and encourage the workforce onsite • Offering problem solving to issues as and when they arise • Inductions and toolbox talks • Back office requirement: paperwork, meetings, diaries, reports etc Requirement: • Experienced in the construction build sector working on projects £10m - £30m • Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal • Excellent Construction knowledge • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential To apply direct or for more information on the role please contact Dan Standish at Kenton Black (Leeds)
