Freelance Site Manager - Leisure New Build

My client are a small to medium sized main contractor based in Essex who cover various disciplines . We are seeking an experience number one Site Manager to oversee a brand new project due to start ASAP, a £10m leisure centre new build in East London. ​ Duties · Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working as a number one one site · The role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures · Managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget · You will work closely with the supply chain to ensure delivery, prepare work programmes, weekly reporting, hold regular meetings with supply chain and client, and providing high quality technical expertise on electrical works · Managing and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety
