Our client, a leading new homes developer are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a new development in Cambridge. The 300 unit traditional build development consists of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The successful Senior Site Manager will take the project from groundworks through to completion reporting into a Project Manager. This developer has a large presence in the Cambridgeshire area with a strong future pipeline of work and excellent career progression. Essential: Proven track record of managing traditional build projects from groundworks through to completion CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates Right to work in the UKOn offer: £66,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
