This business offers an outstanding platform for an Assistant Surveyor to progress through the ranks with long term opportunity. The Role: This position is for a strong and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an experienced Commercial team on a large £30million housing project. The scheme will consist of 200+ traditional build units. You will be supporting 2 Project Surveyors and a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The idea for this candidate is to prove themselves in year 1, with an opportunity to progress to Project Surveyor level in year 2. Ideal candidate will have traditional build housing experience and be degree qualified (ideally in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management).
