Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - London and overseas opportunity - Up to £80,000 + Package. Fawkes and Reece are pleased to be assisting a key client with their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on complex construction major projects taking place across the UK and Europe, Data centres. This business have an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional solutions to their clients. They are a forward thinking business and have the right attitude when it comes to their staff. The projects taking place are all £100m+. They are looking for someone who can head up the division and oversea a portfolio of projects. You will be the reporting into a commercial manager and working with other Surveyors within the business. There is a massive scope for progression which is clearly mapped out when you join the business to help you grow and enhance your career. The working pattern will be one week in London (with flexible working on offer) and one week abroad. All expenses and accommodation will be paid for by the company. Alternatively, you can opt for a working pattern of 10 days abroad and 4 days at home. To be considered for the role you will need to have the following: A main contractor background Either a build or a Civil engineering background.
