Cleaning Operative £20,995 - £22,000 - Leicester We have a fantastic Permanent opportunity for a cleaning Operative to join our industry leading client based in Leicester. As a Cleaning Operative you will be working on new home development sites, daily activities will include cleaning new build properties right from builders' clean stage through to when the tenants move in. This includes general cleaning duties, plus the removal of sheeting and coverings, as well as deep cleans. This role would be ideal for someone who has experience as a Cleaner or a labourer. Your Time at Work Cleaning new buildings from building clean to tenants moving in. Driving a van to site. Working closely in a team to achieve. Ensuring vehicles are secure and well maintained. Remove rubbish from the buildings where needed. Working to risk assessments and COSHH assessments, reporting accidents and near misses and hazards. Our Perfect Worker Professional attitude. Innovative and self-motivated. Hold a CSCS card. Reliable & Hardworking. Experience of working as a cleaner. Key Information and Benefits Hours of work 06:45-16:30 Monday - Friday, 42.5 hour working week. Full training will be provided. Option to take the van home. Full UK driving licence required.
