QUANTITY SURVEYOR - REGIONAL HOUSEBUILDER - CAMBOURNE - 3 TRADITIONAL BUILD PROJECTS - £40,000 to £55,000 + PACKAGE Alice Rose Recruitment are partnered with an established Housebuilder in their search for an ambitious and dedicated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. This business offers particularly interesting projects across the southern region of the country. They also have long term ambitions to grow the business across the UK providing outstanding long-term progression. The Role: This position is for a Intermediate/Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team of 8, you will be eventually working on three tradition/Timber Frame build projects that are reasonably close to the office. Basic salary £40,000 to £55,000 (Higher end for more experience) Car allowance £5.5 office/Project Based. Annual Bonus TBC Experience with Coins. Agile Working policy. 25 Days leave. Ideal candidate will have traditional build housing experience and be degree qualified (ideally in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management).
