Internal Site Manager

Falcon Green are working with a leading Main Contractor in their search for an Internal Site Manager for their mixed-use development in Brighton. The client would require someone who has had experience working for main contractors with fit out and internal experience. Internal Site Manager Responsibilities: * Manage the internal build of lobbies and toilets to the commercial aspect of the build * Co-ordination with M&E manager and sub-contractors to ensure works complete in time * Ordering of materials associated with the works. Waste management to ensure materials are not being abused by sub-contractor * Carrying out quality assurance checks on the works as it progresses ensuring correct spec, sufficiently installed, within tolerances, compliant with requirements, issuing corrective notices/ non-conformances for rectification and ensuring this is carried out. * Snagging works as it progresses * Ensuring all trades complete tasks in accordance with design, specification and compliance checks * Managing the health and safety of sub-contractors and operatives on site. * Achieving programme dates Internal Site Manager Requirements: * You are required to hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. * Previous experience at site management level * A driven attitude to succeed and push the job through
