Site Engineer - 2 Week Cover - Monday Start

Falcon Green are working alongside a household main contractor in the search for a Site Engineer to join a residential project in Nottingham for a 2 week cover shift beginning Monday 24th January. The client is best known for the wide array of projects they undertake. The ideal candidate will have experience, setting out, taking levels, and checking brickwork. Owning your own equipment is not essential. Site Engineer Responsibilities: * Manage all engineering activity providing direction to the direct workforce and subcontractors * Liaise with the site team to approve materials ensuring they meet specification * Keep accurate records of progress reports, site diaries and resource allocations * Produce as-built drawings in AutoCAD * Setting out and checking work as required * Working closely with subcontractors which involves keeping a daily diary of levels of work for each subcontractor * Producing QA reports * Going to weekly management meetings and liaising with other members of staff such as Site Clerks, Quantity Surveyors, and Health Safety Officers Site Engineer Requirements: * Confident using Microsoft Office * Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong communication skills * Process-driven and solutions focused * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Ability to work well in a team If you would like to apply for this role, please forward your CV using the email link provided
