Design Co-Ordinator

As a Design Co-Ordinator you will be working for an Offsite Construction / MMC business supplying a range of residential, education and commercial buildings from their manufacturing facility near Bolton. They have a reputation for delivering high quality value for money solutions across a variety of market sectors and is founded on the way they deliver design and build projects by challenging the norm, finding innovative ways of working and utilizing modern method construction to deliver innovative design and delivery solutions for their customers. You will provide effective Information Management and design co-ordination in line with their systems and standards at both project and pre-construction level, this role would also act as a champion for the business and document controller for live project information. As a Design Co-Ordinator your job will involve: * Implementing preconstruction plans on awarded contracts * Coordinate design information for the design team, engineers, clients, architects * Facilitate resolve design issues * Manage the design coordination documentation to site, pre contract and during * Generate and follow up on TQ's, RFI's as required from both internal and external stakeholders As a Design Co-Ordinator you will have: * Experience in Document Control / Information Management within the construction industry * Knowledge of digital applications * Ability to learn new software * AutoCAD and BIM knowledge This is a good time to join a growing employee focused business with strong company vision and values.
