Quantity Surveyor

Mane are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to be based out of an office in York. Ideally coming from a Landscaping, Forestry and Civils background your main duties will include - To produce the valuations for all works with Operational Managers and submit them in accordance with contractual obligations Record, monitor and review the performance of all contracts Secure payments from clients in accordance with contract terms To ensue all commercial queries are dealt with in a timely manner to aid cash flow Production and reporting of all commercial information required by Managers and Board Travel to meetings with customers, clients and internal meetings essentialTo be considered for this vacancy as a Quantity Surveyor you must meet the below criteria: Quantity Surveying qualification essential Familiar with NEC forms of contract Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel & experience with work and project Ability to work on own initiative Flexibility to carry out duties not part of the normal remit in the interests of the team Full UK driving licenceThe working hours every week will be 44 hours minimum.
