Finishing Foreman / Manager

Freelance Finishing Foreman / Manager opportunity - Immediate Start -3 to 4 months - finishing and snagging work on housing projects - £20 to £22 per hour The Opportunity Working on a new build housing project in the North Cheshire area overseeing the internal finishes of this project from pre-plaster through to handover. You will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors and onsite trades to oversee the completion and correction of internal finishes in preparation for CML and handover. Skills and Experience This role will require a hands on manager who is happy rolling up their sleeves and dealing with all onsite matters. We are looking for candidates with experience working on residential housing project including the finishing and snagging stages. You will require a current CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS and first aid qualification.
