An opportunity to join a Global Civil Engineering contractor with a UK turnover in excess of £50million. Abatec is working with an industry leader in delivering major highway and rail infrastructure projects across the UK, in the recruitment of a permanent Bid Manager. Based in Swindon, our client requires a Bid Manager with a Civil Engineering background to join their Pre-Construction team and support PQQ and Tenders. As Bid Manager you will: Be part of the Pre-Construction team Managing tender documentation Complete PQQ’s Track bid/tender releases Assist in the bid structure Deliver proposals to deadlines Our client requires a Bid Manager with: HND/Degree qualified (ideally) Experience of working within the Civil Engineering sector (preferred) Excellent written/verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Salary/Benefits: Up to £65,000 per annum Company vehicle, car allowance Holiday entitlement, pension scheme, sick pay etc. If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Kelly Evans on (phone number removed).
