Junior Sales Executive

Junior Sales Executive Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Executive, if you have a construction or building background this would be ideal, but not essential. You must have a strong desire to earn good commission on top of a good basic salary. You must have some sales experience with good demonstrable rates of being able to close a sale, and a strong desire to earn good rates of commission. You must be able to drive. Our client is based in a very rural location in Winchester, and there are no immediate amenities to hand. There is, plenty of parking however! You need to be comfortable learning a new IT database that records building measurements and instruction. You need to be able to grasp the concept of up selling and cross selling when talking with a client. You will need to be happy returning calls to clients who have expressed an interest and calling people who have requested quotations with the aim of making a sale. There is a bonus scheme, uncapped commission, and the basic salary can be up to £35,000.
