Do you have experience in Site Management? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? I am delighted to exclusively be recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to be working directly with a developer. You will have a strong civils and build background to take a new 250 modular housing development in West Lothian from conception to completion. New build housing experience to also cover groundworks, civils, drainage, structures, external works, landscaping, masonry, high quality interior designs, M&E coordination. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage site programmes as agreed with the client and stakeholders; meeting deadlines and expected work outputs
Managing and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Providing support and continual guidance for the team
Ensure all activities meet with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations and environmental policies
Maintain resource levels of labour, plant and materials
Managing sub-contractors
Qualifications or Required Experience:
First Aid at Work
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Current valid driving license
MUST have experience civils and build background
Proven experience of efficient programme management within civils
Must have a civil engineering degree or relevant qualification
5 + years Project Management experience
