Job Description
We have a client who is one of the UK's largest plant hire companies.
They are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to come in and join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time role based at the head office in Wembley.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective operators. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Role and Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of plant operators for future & present positions
Conduct interviews via phone
Register operators based on interview
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Be able to fill all hires that are given to the recruitment department
Negotiate pay rates & check referenceSkills and Qualifications:
Previous recruitment experience in plant operators trades & labour
Management experience - desirable
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
