Operations Manager

Mane are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager from a Landscaping or Forestry background. Working out of a depot in Western Super Mare your responsibilities may include: Be the conduit between the Operational teams and the National Operations Manager Oversee, undertake and have overall responsibly for all billing monthly. Ensuring all key dates are met and agreeable cash flow is achieved Produce annual budgets and forecasts, monthly forecasts, cost reports Work with the commercial department and review contracts to achieve agreeable T&C's Ensure that all relevant HSQE documentation and procedures are being completed and any KPI's are met Oversee recruitment and training of direct labour forceThis is a great opportunity for any Operation Managers looking for a permanent role. The position will deliver a portfolio of landscaping / fencing / arboricultural / environmental and ecological contracts to agreed programmes, specifications, budgets and to manage & develop client relationships. To apply for this vacancy you must meet the below criteria: Background/ experience in delivering either landscaping / fencing / arboricultural / environmental or ecological contracts Educated as a minimum to HNC/HND/Degree level (or equivalent experience) IOSH Managing Safely SMSTS Black CSCS Card Excellent leadership and communication skills Extensive Commercial insight and knowledge of NEC contracts Competent with Microsoft office products and Commercial Management Software (CEMAR / A-site etc)The working hours every week will be 44 hours minimum.
