Quantity Surveyor – Essex

Company * Established interior fit out contractor * Divisions of expertise include Drylining, Facades and Fire Protection * Sectors of work include Residential, Hotels and Commercial * They work with Tier 1 contractors and developers on major projects. * This role is a key addition for the business and you will be an integral part of their future success * Project values range from £500k - £5m Role * Manage up to 4 live projects * Managing a range of packages, interiors and cladding * Liaise with principal contractor * Manage sub contract packages * Work closely with the operational teams * Cost reporting * Report to a Commercial Manager Person specification * Ideally have extensive façade and cladding knowledge * Worked for a reputable subcontractor. * Worked closely with the client and Tier 1 contractors. * Good contractual knowledge ideally JCT * Construction qualification * Able to take the lead on projects and deliver them successfully. * Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
