This is a generalist HR Business Partner role with a high level of focus around developing and implementing organisational change and transformation within the manufacturing area. With proven experience within a best in class manufacturing environment, you will have demonstrable experience of leading on the people aspects of key business change and transformation programmes.
In this multi-faceted role, you will also be responsible for providing HR business partnering support to leadership teams across a wider manufacturing footprint, facilitating the creation of key priorities and enabling effective outcomes to be implemented. A key influencer, you will ensure that people & culture are at the heart of everything we do, creating an environment where people can be at their authentic best and achieve their potential.
Key Skills/Experience:
Solid business and commercial acumen through the design and implementation of people focussed solutions to achieve business goals.
Tangible experience/understanding of leading people change and transformation projects that deliver value to the business.
Ability to build strong relationships whilst also demonstrating the courage and resilience to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
Growth mind-set personally, is curious and inquisitive and always willing to learn.
Demonstrable experience with HR analytics to create value and offer insight that inspires action.
Understanding of UK Employment legislation and company policies, and able to assess and manage the organisational impact of changes in employment law.
