RC Foreman

Our client is a strong and multidisciplinary subcontractor working on many projects across the London and Home Counties area. They are looking for an RC Foreman to deliver a £1m frame project in the Beckenham area of Southeast London. Responsibilities: * Overseeing groundworks and RC build on this project * Being responsible for site program and scheduling * Ordering of materials and organization of labour on site * Reporting to the Contracts Manager on any site issues and reports * Dealing with the main contractor and sitting in on meetings between them and your employer * Overseeing health and safety on site and making sure that work is carried out in a safe and secure manner * Keeping a site diary and flagging any issues with the relevant parties whether they be the client or the designers * Managing the site teams responsible for the formwork Experience/qualifications: * SMSTS/SSSTS * Experience working with formwork and RC projects * Groundworks experience * Ability to manage a project team on small frame projects Excellent opportunity with a company that are growing their brand in the London area
