Freelance Site Agent - Civils & Infrastructure

PSR Solutions are working with a well-established civils contractor to recruit for a Freelance Site Agent to manage an infrastructure scheme for a four month contract. Working with a civils specialist; you will report to a Contracts Manager for the Region. You will be responsible for efficiently driving a workforce, keeping the programme on track, making programme alterations and daily interaction with the client. Works include roadside excavation, drainage, utility installation and diversion, traffic management and roadworks. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Efficiently manage site programmes as agreed with the client and stakeholders; meeting deadlines and expected work outputs Providing support and continual guidance for the team Ensure all activities meet with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care Maintain resource levels of labour, plant and materials Complete daily diaries, briefings and safety documentation Daily interaction and liaison with the principal contractor Lead, motivate and direct your teams on all work streams to ensure high working standards. Maintain high levels of Health and Safety on site at all times.
