Quantity Surveyor

I am working with a Chartered Building Company who specialise in high quality, complex residential buildings with Projects across the South West, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. The successful candidate will be working alongside the commercial manager and Directors and will be responsible for the surveying role on a number of concurrent projects. The role will involve: * Estimating and tendering on projects * Buying of materials and supplies * Procurement of trades and specialists * Contract administration and cost control of projects This client delivers some truly unique projects and you will get exposure to a wide range of different construction techniques.
