Client Side Chartered Quantity Surveyor £60,000 Gloucester Your New Company Our client is a professional construction consultancy providing specialist Project, Commercial and Construction management services to facilitate and lead projects for clients across a wide range of industry sectors. Due to taking on additional projects the team is looking to expand and take on and experienced QS in this field. Your New Role As a member of the commercial team you will be working on projects of varying size and at various stages of completion from gyms to schools and new build offices. Throughout the process delivery your expert guidance to aid with cost planning, procurement and contract advice. What You'll Need To Succeed The team are looking for a quantity surveyor that has experience working on the client side of the construction industry and already has or is working towards chartered membership.The role will require you to drive and have your own vehicle to conduct site visits. What You'll Get In Return In return the candidate will be offered up to £60,000 annual salary dependant on experience which is particularly competitive in the current market, Holidays that increase with service and pension contribution on top.
