Senior Quantity Surveyor Greater Manchester £55,000 - 60,000 per annum + car/allowance The Opportunity A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required a top rated subcontractor servicing some of Manchester's leading high rise construction projects. This position is very much one for the long term with the company looking for someone with leadership skills and the potential to be a divisional director within 5 years. I have personally referenced checked this subcontractor with 3 senior managers at some of the UK's leading construction companies, all saying that they are one of the best contractors they work with, always delivering what is expected with no issue. Building on this, the company now wish to get to a position where they don't tender for any work, all their work becomes repeat business.
