Streetlighting Supervisor

Position: This role can be either a permanent or contract position, and digs may be provided The site supervisor is responsible for all aspects of overseeing the removal and installation of lighting columns, reinstatement works, and building of joint boxes, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, managing multiple subcontractors, review work schedules, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians, and communicating with the management team. Essential: SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid Street lighting or utilities civils experience. Cat & Genny Duties and Responsibilities: Performing QC Assessments of work by Technicians Data collection, work order processing, and summary reports Supervision & development of all employees on site Daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings Experience 3-5 years’ experience working in the renewable, energy or utilities industry Minimum of 3-year current or previous experience in a supervisory capacity Pay and conditions: Day rate Vehicle UTR/ CIS or PAYE Pay is weekly, one week in arrears upon receipt of client signed timesheet.
