Quantity Surveyor

Key Information * An established Housing developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team * The preferred candidate will have 4 years+ as a QS working on New build housing projects, must have the capability to work on at least 2 projects simultaneously * This role will involve working on JCT contracts and be client facing * Any experience of working on affordable housing schemes would be advantageous * This position will be predominately office based with some visits to site.
